Inception
Our company was established in the year 2015 and we at Agilent Security are aware that the Security Guards in every sphere of job are basically the same. The difference is how they are trained to perform their duties. Their training includes the below topics and is imparted to before deployment and refreshed regularly as to ensure that they perform their duties diligently.
What we do
We provide our clients with effective guarding staffs, which reach their expectations. Our operations area officers patrol the sites, software companies, BWSSB sites, Gated communities and ensure smooth operations.

We are a statutory compliant company. All the relevant licences have been obtained and transparency is our main motto.
Basic Training
We recruit experienced guarding staffs at all levels. During this process we ensure that they have minimum knowledge of the basics of security. Then they are trained as per the client requirement which is based on the industry they belong. Once this is completed they are provided with OJT at the clients site with strict supervision by our office operations staffs. Periodical feedback is also taken from the client to monitor the efficiency of the guarding staffs deployed at site.
On job training during transition.
Before taking the charge of any post it is very important for the security personnel to understand peculiar requirements of the post & adapt to the culture and working environment. On the job training is imparted apart from regular training.
Refresher Training
It’s very important to understand the changes in working scenario, the new techniques while keeping the basics right. The same can be achieved by giving the security personnel refresher training. We have dedicated trainers to ensure that the guards are aware about their job responsibilities.
Operational support
The attention span of a guarding staffs during the training is very minimal hence the above training is done in role plays and interactive sessions. This not only improves the service level but also helps in motivating and retaining the guarding force.
In addition to the above we have a robust day and night monitoring system by our operations team which will ensure proactive service. We assure you, given a chance we will be able to provide you service that meet your expectations. We use a personalised software for billing and salary, so that the payment is constant every month according to their duties performed. Our field officer’s visit is also tracked through software as to ensure regular unit visits by the team.
